Kocaeli Integrated Health Campus Project

Ministry of Health of Republic of Turkey awarded the Contract of the Construction of Kocaeli Integrated Health Campus and Provide Goods and Services Project, tendered as part of PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects, to Kocaeli Hospital Investment and Health Care Services Inc.

Kocaeli Hospital Investment and Health Care Services Inc. (SPV) and GAMA-Türkerler Joint Venture have signed the EPC Contract. Project is constructed over a 368,668 m² land consisting of several hospitals with a total enclosed area of 335,648 m² and a bed capacity of 1,180.

The health campus is going to include three hospital buildings which are Main Hospital, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital and High Security Forensic Hospital and one Technical Service building.

Izmir Bayrakli Integrated Health Campus

Ministry of Health of Republic of Turkey awarded the Contract of the Construction of Izmir Bayrakli Integrated Health Campus and Provide Goods and Services Project, tendered as part of PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects, to Izmir Bayrakli Hospital Investment and Health Care Services Inc. on September 06, 2014.

EPC Contract has been signed between Izmir Bayrakli Hastane Yatirim ve Sağlik Hizmetleri A.Ş. (SPV) and Türkerler-GAMA JV.

Project is constructed over a 573,547 m² land and the bed capacity is 2,060. The health campus is going to include three hospital buildings which are Main Hospital, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital and High Security Forensic Hospital and one Technical Service building.

Vyksa 250th Year Projects

Hotel Complex construction, Cafe-canteen contruction and Cultural Center renovation:

  • Hotel Complex: At European standarts with 5 star-level, total of 87 unit standart guest room, 5 unit delux and 1 unit king suit. The project consists of all design works (decoration included), construction, procurement and commissining items.
  • Cafe-Canteen Building: Approximately 700 m2 serving to 180 people. Whole superstructure is made of woolen logs procured from Finland.
  • Cultural Center Building: Renewal of roof and its drainage system, exterior door and window works and renewal of exterior building painting with some artistic works repair.

100+147 Houses and Community Facility

Balgaddy Scheme consists of 100+147 residential units arranged in urban blocks as apartments, duplexes and terraced houses. The development is designed to cater for all types of residents including disabled, single persons and large families.

The development is not only cater for social housing but also provides housing for voluntary housing associations, co-operative housing groups and private purchasers. The scheme is a continuation of the urban block format of Balgaddy A-B with tree-lined avenues culminating in a new park bounded on the other side by Balgaddy D (by South Dublin County Council Architects). The scheme is part of an overall master plan being administered by a number of architectural practices and South Dublin County Council that will provide over 600 residential units in the South Lucan area. The basic design concept of Balgaddy B and C is that of densification, consolidation and urbanization of under utilized lands. Balgaddy E is a new mid density neighborhood of 100 dwellings and 2 shops for South Dublin County Council.

GAMA Construction Ireland Ltd. Headquarters Construction

4 storey + underground car park which compromises 5,272 m2 closed area with two entrances, 29 Car park spaces in the basement, 58 car park facilities externally and 300 m2 multi-purpose storage area.

In keeping with the quality established by the existing building within Northwood Avenue is being designed and built to the highest possible specifications the external facade consist of industry-renowned ‘Techrete’ architectural panels finished in Portland Stone and Granite. This is complemented by extensive planar glazing resulting in an exceptionally high quality external finish, as befitting the pivotal location of the building. Internally, the double-height glazed atrium provided an attractive reception area with limestone/granite flooring, while the toilet areas are fitted complete with quality ceramic tiling of floors and walls, high quality sanitary ware and electric showers and hand driers. With regard to the office areas, the specifications and finishes are in keeping with a landmark building of this caliber.

87 Dwellings, Associated External Works and Site Development

The works involve construction of 87 dwellings, new public highway with footpaths, parking areas, private and public landscaping.

The northern half of the site is laid out with seven three storey U-shaped buildings, each comprising nine apartments. These are arranged around private, south-facing courtyards facing the new internal road. The three-storey scale is appropriate to Santry Avenue and also relates to the Phase 3 and to the Phase 1 apartments by Gilroy McMahon Architects. Parking is provided for the apartments in landscaped areas to the side of each building. Terraces of two storey houses with rear gardens are lined the southern half of the site and backed onto the existing Coultry houses. Each terrace is also arranged in a U-shape corresponding to the apartment building opposite. This plan enhances the scale of the long estate road positioned over the services. All apartments have ‘own door’ access and generous south or west facing terraces the large ground floor apartments have private gardens.

73 Dwellings, Community Centre, Gaa Field & Infrastructure Works

GAMA performed construction of 73 dwellings, community centre including all external site works, GAA field and site improvement & infrastructure improvement works.

Fortlawn / Sheepmore Estate have, undergone an extensive and very successful refurbishment scheme. Works requested by residents under the Estate Improvement Programme such as the closure of laneways, incorporation of areas of anti-social behavior into gardens, boundary treatment of Fortlawn and Sheepmore, traffic calming and landscaping are being carried out through the Refurbishment Programme.

Balcurris Phase I & Phase III – 90 Units Housing

GAMA performed turnkey supply and construction of 90 houses and apartments with all kinds of infrastructures including roads and drainage systems.

The project consists of houses and apartments with two and three floors and two parks with playground areas and football field 7,555 m2 closed building area, 29,000 m2 park area, 28,500 m2 outdoor area.

Ballymun 74 Unit Dwellings & Associated Site Works – Balcurris Phase III

The project consists of the construction of 74 dwellings comprising 20 no. 2 bedroom duplex, 5 no 3-bedroom duplex, 17 no. 2-bedroom apartments and 32 no. 3-bedroom houses in 2 storey houses and 3 and 4 storey apartments together with all related ancillary and site development works.

The development at Balcurris 2 represents a further step in the realization of the master plan for the re-construction of Ballymun. The scheme includes 74 new dwellings which are provided in various forms from conventional two-storey terraced houses, to duplex units and ‘own-door’ apartments. A strong streetscape is achieved onto Balbutcherlane using three and four storey forms, with the scale reducing to two storey dwellings to link in with the adjacent Sandyhill Gardens housing estate to the south. All dwellings have sunny aspect terraces or private rear gardens and their own front door.
