Izmir Bayraklı Integrated Health Campus
The fields of activity of GAMA Holding’s Public-Private Partnership investments cover both domestic and overseas transportation, hospital and other PPP projects. Within this scope, the tender for the Izmir Bayraklı Integrated Health Campus, which was introduced by the Health Investment General Directorate of the Ministry of Health as the first examples of the Public Private Partnership – PPP System, were entrusted in 2012 to GAMA Holding Türkerler Holding Partnership and the project agreement was signed in 2014. The foundations of Izmir Bayraklı Hospital were laid on 20 May 2015.
The ongoing İzmir Bayraklı hospital project with 2060 beds and 631,572m2 area is among the top 5 largest hospitals in Turkey out of the 33 that are under construction. Within the framework of the agreements, the hospital will be operated by the investor partnership for 25 years following the turnkey delivery. The construction of the hospital will be completed in 36 months and total investment cost is approximately 775 million Euros.
Izmir Bayraklı Campus consists of six hospitals; health campus; General Hospital, Maternity and Children’s Hospital, Cardiovascular Hospital, Oncology Hospital, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital and High Security Forensic Psychiatric Building .
