İzmir and Kocaeli City Hospital Projects, in which GAMA Holding is involved as one of the primary investors, have received the “2020 Restructuring Deal of the Year Award” by Bonds & Loans organization. Yalçın Eligüzeloğlu, President of GAMA Holding PPP Investments Group, accepted the award together with other executives of the projects at the Bonds & Loans award ceremony held in İstanbul on November 25, 2021, with the participation of some of the most prominent corporates and financial institutions active in the Turkish market. Yalçın Eligüzeloğlu, who has led project finance as well as restructuring processes for both projects on GAMA side in his capacity as Board Member for both projects, conveyed his deepest thanks to all those who contributed to these successful financings and to the Bonds & Loans organization for enabling the opportunity for the market participants to get together and celebrate their success stories. Previously, the projects were awarded as the “Best Social Infrastructure Project” and the “Best Project Finance Deals” consecutively in 2017 and 2018 out of a short-list of domestic and international contenders. Turnkey construction works of both hospitals continue to be carried out with the aim of commencement of operations in 2022.
