Ömer Tunçata
GAMA Holding Chairman of the Board
Ömer Tunçata serves as the Chairman and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of GAMA Holding. Prior to being elected Chairman in 2018, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of GAMA Holding between the years of 2010 and 2014. Ömer began his career as an engineer at H. B. Zachry Company in San Antonio, Texas. He then worked at Parsons Brinckerhoff International in New York, New York until which time he joined BDIM, Inc. (Business Development and International Marketing, Inc.) in Washington, DC, a company he eventually bought and renamed Alvensa Corporation. Prior to joining GAMA, Ömer spent twenty five years of his career at Alvensa Corporation serving as the Chairman and CEO of the group. He graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1980.
A. Hakan Özman
GAMA Holding Vice Chairman of the Board
Hakan Özman serves as the Vice Chairman and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of GAMA Holding. Hakan began his career as a Financial Analyst at Koç Holding, A. Ş. He joined GAMA in 1992 and has held several positions throughout the group until which time he was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of GAMA Holding in 2012. Hakan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Chapman University in 1985 and earned his master’s degree from American Graduate School of International Management in 1987. He also completed the Management Development Program at Harvard University in 1998. Hakan is a member of TÜSİAD.
Ä°. Celasin Egel
GAMA Holding Board Member
Celasin Egel serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of GAMA Holding. He began his career at MKEK Kirikkale Temper Foundry as Assembly Supervisor. He joined GAMA in 1969 as an Engineer and has held several senior management positions including General Manager and Board Member until 1995. Egel served as a Member of the Board of Directors of GAMA Industry between the years of 1995 and 2004, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of GAMA Energy and Member of the Board of GAYES between the years of 2004 and 2017. Egel graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree and also earned his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 1965.
Mehmet Artun
GAMA Holding Board Member
Mehmet Artun serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of GAMA Holding. He started his career at PTT General Director Technical Affairs Department in 1970. Artun joined GAMA Industry in 1972 where he held various senior management positions including serving as the General Manager and a Member of the Board of Directors of GAMA Industry until 2009. Artun worked as a Risk and Compliance Management Coordinator of GAMA Holding between 2009 and 2020. Artun graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Middle East Technical University in 1970.
Hakan Beker
GAMA Holding Board Member
Hakan Beker was appointed as GAMA Holding Board Member in December 2022. Beker has worked in the construction and oil sectors throughout his career. Beker earned his B.A. in economics from Northeastern University in 2004.
H. Levent Topçak
GAMA Holding Board Member
H. Levent Topçak, who serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of GAMA Holding, started his career at GAMA between 1984 and 1988 as the Accounting Manager of GAMA Industry and GAMA Al Moushegah Arabia Ltd at GAMA’s Saudi Arabia Office. Between 1988 and 1990, he joined Demirer Kablo as Assistant Purchasing Manager. From 1990 to1993, he returned to GAMA’s Saudi Arabia office and worked as the Finance and Administrative Affairs Manager of GAMA Industry and GAMA Al Moushegh Arabia. Between 1993 and 2002, he served as Financial Control Manager at GAMA Industry; between 2003 and 2006, as Deputy General Manager at GAMA Industry; between 2006 and 2009, as a Member of the Board of Directors at GAMA Industry; and from 2009 to 2025, as Financial Control Coordinator at GAMA Holding, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors at GAMA Industry and GAMA Power Systems. Since 2025, he has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of GAMA Holding. Topçak completed his undergraduate degree in the Business Administration Faculty of Istanbul University in 1981.
