Marmaray Project, Bosphorus Railway Crossing Tunnel Construction

General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments of Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, awarded the contract for the construction of the 1st phase of Marmaray Project, Railway Bosphorus Tube Crossing, Tunnels and Stations to Taisei-GAMA-Nurol Joint Venture (TGN). GAMA has a share of 12.5% within the Joint Venture.

Ankara Metro System, Phase 1

Turnkey construction of 14.6 km heavy rail transit system, 7 km being underground with 12 passenger stations including an operation and maintenance center with parking facility.

GAMA – Guris Joint Venture (50%-50%) executed the detailed design, procurement, construction, test and commissioning of complete civil and building works – incluidng tunneling, building services and tunnel ventilation and installation of all electrical and mechanical subsystems.

The system is equipped with 108 vehicles operating in six-car trains of triplets with 90 second headway moving block automatic train control (ATC) system.

Kizilay Common Underground Station

Turnkey construction of Kizilay Common Underground Station is undertaken by GAMA – Güriş Joint Venture.

Design and construction works of three level underground station building with 36,000 m2 of building area aree implemented by using top-down construction method.
