Kashagan Main Works – Tranche 1 & 2

The project is construction of main pipe rack, oil process units and gas compression unit for tranche 1 and 2 of petroleum process facility under Kashagan Field Development Project – Experimental Program.

Scope of project is supply of all civil works materials, paint, insulation, support and all consumables, execution of civil works, construction of industrial buildings, fabrication and erection of steel structures, prefabrication of piping spools and installation, installation of equipment, painting and insulation works.

This project is undertaken and executed by GATE İnşaat Taahhüt San. ve Tes. A.Ş. a subsidiary of GAMA with %50 share.

16.5 MW Cakirlar Run of River Hydroelectric Power Plant

GAMA Renewable Energy Systems Construction Co. (GAYES), a subsidiary of GAMA, executed the project as the enginering, procurement and construction contractor.

With the altitude of 1,400 m – 930 m, run of the river type hydroelectric power plant project has 2×8.25 MW pelton turbines. Electromechanical equipments are provided by VAtech – STE – Indar Consortium on a turn-key basis.

Power Plant is delivered to the Owner with fully operational condition. In addition, GAMA Renewable Energy Systems assisted & managed relations with public & state authorities for the permits and licences on behalf of the Owner/Investor during the construction period.

36.4 MW Lamas Run of River Hydroelectric Power Plant

EPC Contract for 36.4 MW Lamas Run of River Hydroelectric Power Plant is undertaken on a turnkey basis.

With the altitude of 654 m – 80 m, run of the river type hydroelectric power plant project has 2×7.39 MW and 2×10,81 MW pelton turbines.

Kashagan Industrial Buildings

The project is construction of process buildings of petroleum process facility under Kashagan Field Development Project – Experimental Program.

Scope of project is; engineering, supply of all civil works materials and all consumables, execution of civil works, construction of industrial buildings, fabrication and erection of steel structures, prefabrication of piping spools and installation, installation of equipment, painting and insulation works of fire station building, center control room, laboratory, mechanical workshop, electrical and instrumentation workshop, warehouse (2 ea), temporary refuges (2 ea.), gate house and change room.

This project is undertaken and executed by GATE İnşaat Taahhüt San. ve Tes. A.Ş. a subsidiary of GAMA with %50 share.

Kashagan Main Works – Tranche 3

The project is construction of Main Pipe Rack for Tranche 3, Oil Processing Unit for Tranche 3 and Gas Compression Unit 361 of Petroleum Process Facility under Kashagan Field Development Project – Experimental Program.

Scope of project is; supply of all civil works materials, paint, insulation, support and all consumables, execution of civil works, construction of industrial buildings, fabrication and erection of steel structures, prefabrication of piping spools and installation, installation of equipment, electrical and instrumentation works, painting and insulation works.

Kaluga Electro Steel Melting Complex

Kaluga Electro Steel Melting Complex Project is realized as a “Greenfield Project” by GAMA Industry Inc.

The complex, which has been working in normal manufacturing regime since August 2013, can handle 2 million ton of scrap iron and produce 1 million ton of reinforcing steel bars and hot rolled profiles annually.

The Project, which has quite big volume of works with main items of 2,000,000 m3 earthworks, 120,000 m3 concrete, 45,000 ton structural steel and 10,000 ton equipment erection,  consists of electric arc and ladle furnaces, 8-strand caster, billet handling and storage facilities, de-dusting plant, water treatment plants, scrap yard, material preparation plant and other auxiliary units.

Vyksa 250th Year Projects

Hotel Complex construction, Cafe-canteen contruction and Cultural Center renovation:

  • Hotel Complex: At European standarts with 5 star-level, total of 87 unit standart guest room, 5 unit delux and 1 unit king suit. The project consists of all design works (decoration included), construction, procurement and commissining items.
  • Cafe-Canteen Building: Approximately 700 m2 serving to 180 people. Whole superstructure is made of woolen logs procured from Finland.
  • Cultural Center Building: Renewal of roof and its drainage system, exterior door and window works and renewal of exterior building painting with some artistic works repair.
