2×35 MW Kashagan Natural Gas Fired Simple Cycle Power Plant

2×35 MW Natural Gas Fired Simple Cycle Power Plant is implemented on a turnkey basis.

The Power Plant provides electrical power to be used by the onshore processing facility. The equipments are mainly;  2 nos GE 6B Gas Turbines, 3 nos Essential Diesel Generators, Power Generation Building, Essential Diesel Generator Building, Step up Transformers, 35/10/0,7/0,4 kV Switchgears and DCS.

This project is undertaken and executed by GATE İnşaat Taahhüt San. ve Tes. A.Ş., a subsidiary of GAMA with %50 share.

Izmir Bayrakli Integrated Health Campus

The construction works and procurement of products and services for the İzmir Bayraklı Integrated Health Campus Project, tendered by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, have been undertaken by İzmir Bayraklı Hospital Investment and Health Services Inc. The Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the project was signed between İzmir Bayraklı Hospital Investment and Health Services Inc. (SPV) and the Türkerler-GAMA Ordinary Partnership.

The İzmir Bayraklı City Hospital, with a construction partnership of 50% by GAMA Industry, started its services on October 16, 2023. The integrated health facility, covering 628,000 square meters of closed area, consists of six hospitals, including General Hospital, Main Hospital, Maternity and Children’s Hospital, Cardiovascular Surgery Hospital, Oncology Hospital, and High-Security Forensic Psychiatry Hospital, with a total of 2060 patient beds.

As the largest hospital in the Aegean Region, İzmir Bayraklı City Hospital features 337 clinics, 54 operating rooms, 7 catheterization laboratories, 30 dialysis beds, and 50 chemotherapy chairs. The design features of the modern healthcare facility, high construction standards, and the infrastructure of medical and information technology make it an international example. Approximately 1300 seismic isolators were used in the integrated health facility.

Khurais Gas & Oil Separation Plant

The Khurais project as a whole covers three oilfields: Khurais, Abu Jifan and Mazalij. Throughout this region there are numerous gas oil separation plants (GOSPs), which provide the initial separation of water and gas from the oil prior to shipment to Abqaiq for further processing.

GAMA Industry provided civil, infrastructure, structural, architectural, electromechanical erection works of gas and oil separation plant and make it ready for commissioning.

Maleic Anhydrite Plant

The detail project engineering and procurement engineering management contracting of the Maleic Anhydrite plant, which is planned to have an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons, was undertaken by GAMA Industry. The project will be built in Gebkim – Kocaeli Gebze V (Chemical) Specialized Organized Industrial Zone. The project is planned to be completed in 17 months.

THE GIL PROFILE PARK GENERATION FACILITY

GAMA Construction Ireland Limited (GCIL) was awarded as being the EPC Contractor for construction of the GIL Profile Park Generation Facility on EPC basis whose scope of works covers the design & equipment / material supply within the BOP boundaries including Grid Connection work and services of overall project scope in compliant with local regulations, international Codes & Standards, and EirGrid Specifications.

HILLA SEWAGE PROJECT (PHASE 1)

The project involves the construction of rainwater and wastewater networks, incorporating 10 main stations and 5 secondary lifting stations.
The Joint Venture is responsible for constructing 359 km of GRP and PVC pipe sewage and rainwater networks, along with civil, structural, and electromechanical works, including the erection of Pumping Stations and commissioning equipment and facilities, under a unit price basis contract.

Kocaeli Integrated Health Campus Project

The Kocaeli Integrated Health Campus Project, which was tendered under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, was undertaken by Kocaeli Hospital Investment and Healthcare Services Inc. The EPC contract was signed between Kocaeli Hospital Investment and Healthcare Services Inc. (SPV) and GAMA-Türkerler General Partnership for the Construction Works and Procurement of Products and Services.

Kocaeli City Hospital, which was undertaken by GAMA Industry with a 50% partnership, started providing services on April 3, 2023. Equipped with modern technology and planned according to high operational standards, Kocaeli City Hospital serves not only Kocaeli but also surrounding provinces in the Marmara Region.

Ranked among the top five largest city hospitals in Turkey, Kocaeli City Hospital has approximately 380,000 square meters of indoor space. The hospital complex consists of six hospitals: General Hospital, Main Hospital, Women and Children’s Hospital, Cardiovascular Surgery Hospital, Oncology Hospital, and Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center. It also includes a High Security Forensic Psychiatry Hospital, 1,218 patient beds, 218 polyclinic rooms, 188 intensive care units, 63 operating rooms, and a Burn Center. The hospital complex is easily accessible through the rotary junction and side roads built on the TEM motorway, and it also features a helipad.

Kocaeli City Hospital is an exemplary integrated health facility on an international scale, particularly due to its design features for modern healthcare facilities, high construction standards, medical and information technology infrastructure. The hospital was constructed using high-level architecture and engineering practices, with more than 1,000 seismic isolators installed considering the earthquake risk in the region. Equipped with state-of-the-art medical devices, Kocaeli City Hospital provides patients with a comfortable and sterile environment for treatment while also providing healthcare professionals with an effective and modern working environment necessary for the protection and maintenance of public health. This investment by GAMA Holding, which brings accessible and high-quality healthcare services to the Marmara Region, also makes a significant contribution to the economy of Kocaeli through the employment opportunities it creates.

NATPET Polyprophylene Plant

GAMA Industry performed civil construction, structural steel erection, equipment installation, pipe prefabrication and piping, painting and insulation works for the reactor building, process buildings, extrusion building, silo, store house, sea water pool, infrastructure, transformer station and the other auxiliary buildings of the 400,000 Ton/year capacity Polyprophylene Plant.

Yemen LNG Plant

Execution of all mechanical and electrical installation, instrumentation, piping, painting and insulation works in trains 1 and 2 of the Liquified Natural Gas Plant in Balhaf – Yemen.
