DISI MUDAWARRA – AMMAN WATER CONVEYANCE PROJECT

DISI Mudawarra – Amman Water Conveyance Project

The project involves, in order to supply additional urban water to the Greater Amman Area, the raising of water from Rum Aquifer, in the Disi Mudawarra area in the south of Jordan, from 55 deep water wells to be drilled and the conveyance of the water to the Greater Amman Area, a distance of 346 km. The conveyance system is designed to supply 100 milyon m3 per year of water for a period of 50 years service life of the project plant operation.

EPC project includes all basic & detail design, procurement of all equipment, all civil, structural, electromechanical works erection, installation of all electrical, instrumentation & control systems as well as testing, commissioning and start-up works and Employer’s personnel training.

2×39.5 MW Erdemir Cogeneration Power Plant

Turnkey design, supply and construction of a natural gas fired cogeneration plant, comprising two GE frame 6B gas turbine generators (39.5 MW capacity each) and two HRSG’s (each generating 80 tons/hr of medium pressure and 4 tons/hr of low pressure steam), including all auxiliary components are executed.

400 MW Shatura Combined Cycle Power Plant

EPC Contract for 400 MW Shatura Combined Cycle Power Plant is implemented on a turnkey basis.

EPC Contract’s scope covers procurement of all major equipment as well as other auxiliary equipment, and conceptual and detail engineering of the plant, civil and electro-mechanical installation works, test and commissioning works and training of the Employer’s staff.

220 MW Skopje Combined Cycle Power Plant

EPC Contract for 220 MW Skopje Combined Cycle Cogeneration Power Plant is implemented on a turnkey basis.

GAMA Power Systems – Alstom Consortium constructed a combined cycle cogeneration power plant which is comprised of one Alstom 13E2 gas turbine unit (GT), one; two pressure heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) and one Alstom 8CK76 steam turbine (ST) on EPC basis. The power block is a combined cycle power block in multi-shaft arrangement and with a net power output of 227 MWe and a heat extraction of 160 MWt for the supply of district heating water, plus balance of plant equipment necessary for the plant’s operation.
