87 Dwellings, Associated External Works and Site Development

The works involve construction of 87 dwellings, new public highway with footpaths, parking areas, private and public landscaping.

The northern half of the site is laid out with seven three storey U-shaped buildings, each comprising nine apartments. These are arranged around private, south-facing courtyards facing the new internal road. The three-storey scale is appropriate to Santry Avenue and also relates to the Phase 3 and to the Phase 1 apartments by Gilroy McMahon Architects. Parking is provided for the apartments in landscaped areas to the side of each building. Terraces of two storey houses with rear gardens are lined the southern half of the site and backed onto the existing Coultry houses. Each terrace is also arranged in a U-shape corresponding to the apartment building opposite. This plan enhances the scale of the long estate road positioned over the services. All apartments have ‘own door’ access and generous south or west facing terraces the large ground floor apartments have private gardens.

Yamama Cement Plant

GAMA Industry performed complete mechanical and electrical erection of 1,000,000 tons/year capacity plant, consisting of raw material storage, handling and transport plants, raw mill, kiln and preheater plants, dedusting systems including electroprecipitators, clinker transport and storage systems, cement mill plant, packing and loading plant, high and low voltage power systems and all associated auxiliary systems.

Petro Rabigh Polyethylene Plant, PC1 – PE Plants

GAMA performed civil construction, structural steel erection, equipment installation, pipe prefabrication and erection, painting and insulation works for the two reactor buildings, process buildings, extrusion building, powder & pellet silo structures & silos, infrastructure, transformer stations and the other auxiliary buildings of the two polyethylene plants which are EPPE (Easy Process Polyethylene) and LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) having production capacity of 250,000 Ton and 350,000 Ton per year respectively.

This project is undertaken by GAMA Industry Arabia Ltd.

Tasnee Polyethylene Plant

Construction, structural steel, equipment and piping installation works for the LDPE/HDPE Plant in Jubail city of Saudi Arabia is subcontracted to GAMA Industry Arabia Ltd. by the main contractor Tecnimont Arabia Ltd.

Rabigh Cement Plant Expansion

GAMA performed construction of a new clinker production line with a capacity of 7,000 tons/day starting from and including the new limestone crusher up to and including the packing and bulk loading plant as well as construction work for new power plant and connection to existing lines.

Balcurris Phase I & Phase III – 90 Units Housing

GAMA performed turnkey supply and construction of 90 houses and apartments with all kinds of infrastructures including roads and drainage systems.

The project consists of houses and apartments with two and three floors and two parks with playground areas and football field 7,555 m2 closed building area, 29,000 m2 park area, 28,500 m2 outdoor area.

73 Dwellings, Community Centre, Gaa Field & Infrastructure Works

GAMA performed construction of 73 dwellings, community centre including all external site works, GAA field and site improvement & infrastructure improvement works.

Fortlawn / Sheepmore Estate have, undergone an extensive and very successful refurbishment scheme. Works requested by residents under the Estate Improvement Programme such as the closure of laneways, incorporation of areas of anti-social behavior into gardens, boundary treatment of Fortlawn and Sheepmore, traffic calming and landscaping are being carried out through the Refurbishment Programme.
