IBN ZAHR POLYPROPYLENE II PLANT

Ibn Zahr Polypropylene II Plant

The existing Polypropylene Plant (PP I) at IBN ZAHR complex in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia is extended by a new plant and associated facilities (PP II) to increase the polypropylene capacity to 320 KTA.

GAMA Industry executed the turn-key erection of the PP II plant as a subcontractor to Saudi Arabian Parsons Ltd.

Hawiyah Gas Plant

The gas to be treated at Hawiyah Gas Plant arrives to the Plant through gas manifolds and trunk lines. The treated gas is then given to gas pipeline grid system.

GAMA Industry executed two contracts is the mechanical erection works package of Utility and Sulphur Recorvery units of Hawiyah Gas Plant.

The scope covers the construction of 23 buildings, plant foundations, underground RTR piping works and other related works for the first contract. Within the context of the second contract a utilities area (covering steam, instrument air, nitrogen, fire water, utility water, demin-water, etc.), a sulphur recorvery area where the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in the gas in converted into hydrogen (H2) and molten sulphur (S4), a sulphur loading area (tanks ans loading facilities) and other areas (fire training etc.), are included.

Petrokemya Polyethylene Plant

GAMA Industry performed Engineering-Procurement-Construction of 4 industrial buildings with a total volume of 29,149 cubic meters and execution of complete civil and mechanical installation works for construction of new Polyethylene Plant having a production capacity of 800 KTA.

Berri Gas Plant Qatif Facilities

GAMA Industry performed construction of new production facilities and revamping of existing facilities including civil and mechanical works.

NATPET Polyprophylene Plant

GAMA Industry performed civil construction, structural steel erection, equipment installation, pipe prefabrication and piping, painting and insulation works for the reactor building, process buildings, extrusion building, silo, store house, sea water pool, infrastructure, transformer station and the other auxiliary buildings of the 400,000 Ton/year capacity Polyprophylene Plant.

N18 Ennis By-Pass, N85 Western Relief Road

The project is constructed for the N18 National Primary Route which is from Dromoland where the Newmarket on Fergus Bypass terminates to Cragard on the existing N18, 4 km south of Crusheen. The N85 Western Relief Road is constructed from Claureen on the existing N85 Ennistimon Road. It is extended southwards, crossing the N68 at Cahircalla, and the existing N18 north of Killadysert Cross to connect with the new N18 Eastern Bypass route at Killow.
