Turnkey design, supply and construction of a natural gas fired cogeneration plant, comprising two GE frame 6B gas turbine generators (39.5 MW capacity each) and two HRSG’s (each generating 80 tons/hr of medium pressure and 4 tons/hr of low pressure steam), including all auxiliary components are executed.

Construction of 4×360 MW conventional type lignite fired Power Plant on turn-key basis, including all ancillary units and the flue gas desulphurization plant.
GAMA – Tekfen – Tokar JV (GAMA is the leader with its 40% share) is responsible for the construction and erection of boilers and bunkers, coal stock yard and coal handling system, stacks (2 each, 150 m), flue gas desulphurization plant, storm water system, roads, walkways, fencing and auxiliary buildings (workshop, warehouses, mill repairshop, operation building, cafeteria) of the plant.
GAMA Industry performed complete mechanical and electrical erection of 1,000,000 tons/year capacity plant, consisting of raw material storage, handling and transport plants, raw mill, kiln and preheater plants, dedusting systems including electroprecipitators, clinker transport and storage systems, cement mill plant, packing and loading plant, high and low voltage power systems and all associated auxiliary systems.
GAMA Industry performed complete erection of Salahuddin refinery and the units for extension of its capacity to 6,000,000 ton/year, including; cracking and distillation systems tanks, vessels, and internals heat exchangers, air coolers, ejectors, filters furnaces pumps, compressors steam and power generation and supply systems cracking and distillation systems.
GAMA installed the electrical equipment and instruments for the Synthetic Rubber Plant in Izmit-Turkey.
Erection of the 150,000 tons/ year capacity soda ash plant.
Construction of 2 each 63 km, 5″ diameter Schedule 120 pipeline from Murgul to Hopa.
Turn-key construction of 140,000 m3/day Ain Ghazal Sewage Treatment Plant with a treatment technology of activated sludge and anaerobic digestion utilising belt filter presses with polymer dosing system.
Plant includes a sewage decomposing unit, aeration, pre and final sedimentation tanks, anaerobic digesters and sewage mixing tanks, pumps, compressors, 1,000 m3/day filter presses (180 m3/day) sludge cake heat exchangers, boilers and waste gas burners.
The Ayitli ash dam and hydraulic ash transport system is an integral part of the Soma-B Power Plant. The dam and the transport system were constructed by GAMA Industry under an annex to the second contract (Unit No. 3 and 4) of the Soma Power Plant contracts.
The project consists of ash fill dam (7,5 km from the plant), height: 85 m, crest length: 595 m, derivation tunnel (725 m long, 3 m dia.), redredging station, hydraulic ash transport system, 12 hydraulic ash transport pipelines (14 inches dia.).
