Surgut 800 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant

EPC Contract for Surgut 800 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant is implemented on a turnkey basis.

GE International Inc.(GEII) – GAMA Power Systems Consortium constructed two 109FA 50Hz Single-Shaft configured Power Plant, comprised of one GE 9FA gas turbine, one GE D10 steam turbine, one GE 390H generator, a horizontal three-pressure level CMI Heat Recovery Steam Generator, plus balance of plant equipment necessary for the plant’s operation.

EPC Contract’s scope covers procurement of all major equipment as well as other auxiliary equipment, and conceptual and detail engineering of the plant, civil and electro-mechanical installation works, test and commissioning works and training of the Employer’s staff.

16.5 MW Cakirlar Run of River Hydroelectric Power Plant

GAMA Renewable Energy Systems Construction Co. (GAYES), a subsidiary of GAMA, executed the project as the enginering, procurement and construction contractor.

With the altitude of 1,400 m – 930 m, run of the river type hydroelectric power plant project has 2×8.25 MW pelton turbines. Electromechanical equipments are provided by VAtech – STE – Indar Consortium on a turn-key basis.

Power Plant is delivered to the Owner with fully operational condition. In addition, GAMA Renewable Energy Systems assisted & managed relations with public & state authorities for the permits and licences on behalf of the Owner/Investor during the construction period.

420 MW Riga Combined Cycle Power Plant

EPC Contract for 420 MW Riga Electrical and 270 MW Thermal Output Power Plant is implemented on a turnkey basis.

Combined cycle power plant in one multi-shaft arrangement. Power plant is comprised of one GE 9FB.03 gas turbine, one GE 330H generator, Siemens ST ENK, HNG, WK steam turbines and generators with associated heat recovery steam generators.

EPC Contract’s scope covers procurement of all major equipment as well as other auxiliary equipment, and conceptual and detail engineering of the plant, civil and electro-mechanical installation works, test and commissioning works and training of the Employer’s staff.

870 MW Erzin Combined Cycle Power Plant

EPC Contract for 870 MW Erzin Combined Cycle Power Plant is implemented on a turnkey basis.

Combined cycle power plant in one multi-shaft arrangement. Power plant is comprised of two GE 209FB gas turbine, Skoda MTD60 steam türbine, three GE 330H generator, with associated Doosan Heat Recovery Steam Generators.

EPC Contract’s scope covers procurement of all major equipment as well as other auxiliary equipment, and conceptual and detail engineering of the plant, civil and electro-mechanical installation works, test and commissioning works and training of the Employer’s staff.

2×150 MW Khabat Combined Cycle Power Plant, Unit 1&2

POSCO E&C signed an EPC Contract with Ministry of Electricity of Northern Iraq Regional Government for a 2×150 MW thermal power plant with 2 Fuel Oil/Diesel Fuel Oil Boiler and 2 Steam Turbine & Generator sets. GAMA Power Systems signed a sub-contractor agreement with POSCO E&C. Design and Procurement of Boiler, Steam Turbine, Condenser, FGD and Feed water pump is in the POSCO E&C’s Scope. POSCO designed Main Steam and design and procurement of Boiler, Steam Turbine, Condenser, FGD, Distributed Control System (DCS) and Boiler Feed Water pumps has been commenced by POSCO E&C.
Except above mentioned systems, design and procurement of project mechanical and electrical BOP Systems, all buildings and underground works are executed by GAMA Power Systems. Additionally, GAMA Power Systems executed the construction and erection works at site.
With its completion the plant generates energy around 1,600 GWh per year which have a significant contribution to energy production in Iraq and improve energy security in the country.

750 MW Boufarik Simple Cycle Power Plant

EPC Contract for Boufarik 750 MW Simple Cycle Power Plant is undertaken on a turnkey basis.

GAMA Power Systems undertakes the responsibility of supply and erection of 3 GE 9FA gas turbines, main equipments as well as HV switchyard and all balance of plant equipments and spare parts including basic & detail design of the power plant, civil works, structural, electromechanical works erection, installation of electrical, instrumentation & control systems, test and commissioning, start-up works and training of the Employer’s personnel.

With its completion the plant will generate energy around 4,000 GWh per year which will have a significant contribution to energy production in Algeria and provide electricity to more than 1 million dwellings by improving energy security in the country.

1,200 MW Hamitabat Combined Cycle Power Plant

EPC Contract for Hamitabat 1200 MW Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant is implemented on a turnkey basis.

The Plant is comprised in two units. Each unit is based on a single-shaft configuration, comprising of one gas turbine, one steam turbine, one generator (SGT5-8000H Gas Turbine, SST5-5000 Steam Turbine, SGen5-3000W Generator) and one Heat Recovery Steam Generator. The units are utilizing the existing dry cooling towers as a part of cooling system. Electricity is transferred to the grid via the existing substation which was refurbished.

450 MW Rades C Combined Cycle Power Plant

EPC Contract for 450 MW Rades C Combined Cycle Power Plant is undertaken on a turnkey basis.

GAMA Power Systems scope includes; supply of RMS (Reducing and Measuring System), Gas Compressor, Auxiliary Boiler, Liquid Fuel System, Desalination System, Water Treatment Plant, Fire Fighting and Detection System, Transformers, By-pass Stack and in addition to this scope design of all buildings and related infrastructures is under the scope of GAMA. All procurement, design, civil and electromechanical construction-assembly and commissioning works related to these equipments are to be carried out by GAMA.

The increased power demands in Tunisia, with its completion the plant will make a big contribution.
